This Valentine’s season, let’s talk about the most important love of all — SELF-LOVE. Many women struggle with self-worth, self-doubt, and the feeling of not being “enough”. This intimate gathering, led by licensed therapist Jenny Worster, offers a safe, cozy space to share, connect, and learn how to practice self-love. Together, we’ll explore what self-love truly means, how to strengthen our sense of worth, and how to practice self-compassion and self-acceptance.
