Meet the EVOLVE Founder

Hi, I'm Sarah, the Founder of EVOLVE. I'm an organizational psychologist, and I developed the EVOLVE Program after 20 years of coaching and developing professionals in the workplace, because I observed a profound human pattern:

When people lack clarity or conviction about their innate talents or sense of purpose, they are incapable of rising to their full potential and creating their most fulfilling career or living their best life.

So I created the EVOLVE Program with proven research-based methods to help people to discover their unique purpose and potential, intentionally craft the identity that aligns with their purpose and potential, evolve into their new identity, and reshape their future, in a simple but powerful way.

I'm a former Talent & Organization Development executive, university instructor and international conference speaker, and I'm published in leading industry magazines and journals. Originally from the US, I've lived in Belgium and Spain, now in Portugal, and I've worked in 25+ countries.

My passion is to awaken, inspire and empower people to unlock their untapped potential and transform into the best version of themselves to live an extraordinary life.
